“Alias” Tv Show’s star Jennifer Garner has been off-screen for quite some time as we all know that recently she gave birth to her second daughter with Ben Affleck. Whatever we might have to say, but Jennifer was one reason behind the success of “Alias”.

Anyways, I guess the actress has now made up her mind to get back to some serious work post maternity leave. Garner has decided to get back to movies and for that she has chosen to star in a comedy film Butter. The script for the movie is written by Jason Micallef and is going to be a political satire set in the small-town world of competitive butter-sculpting.

The story of the film will revolve around a young orphan who, gets adopted by a Midwestern family. The young orphan later in life discovers that she has a weird talent for butter-carving. As the story moves on and she grows up she eventually becomes the ambitious wife of the retired reigning champion of the town’s annual butter-sculpting contest. Two people directing this movie are Craig Gillespie and Gary Ross. Let’s see how much time it takes for this one to come out. Anyways, we have also heard that Garner is also going to produce this comedy flick, though it has not been confirmed yet.

Previously we have seen her in movies like ‘Pearl Harbor’, ‘Dude, Where’s My Car’, ‘Catch Me if YOU Can’, ‘Daredevil’ and ‘13 Going on 30′. But the actress is well-known for her role in “Alias”, where she played the role of a CIA agent Sydney Bristow.

I am sure with this decision of working in movies Jennifer has made her fans happy as they will get to see her.

But Jennifer, television is also not a bad choice, you can always do one or two series, fans will welcome you with open arms.
